Testing and Commissioning

We ensure that all systems are installed and functioning according to design intent, performance criteria and redundancy standards. All tests are carried out in reference to ASHRAE, IEEE and Uptime Tier requirements.

CMMS On-Site Support & Training

We provide full support for our in-house Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), ensuring it aligns seamlessly with each client’s unique operational needs and objectives. Our support includes:

  • Onboarding & Setup – Initial system implementation.
  • Customization – Adjusting features to client workflows.
  • Data Migration – Importing existing maintenance records.
  • Training – User training for effective system use.
  • User Support – Ongoing help and issue resolution.

Our team works closely with clients to streamline maintenance activities, track assets effectively, and generate accurate reports that support better decision-making.

SOO Generation

We deliver focused Sequence of Operation (SOO) documentation for mission-critical facilities, outlining system responses during power-related failures. Our SOO covers IT load, mechanical load, and ancillary systems, detailing step-by-step actions for:

  • Source A and/or B Power Failure
  • Transformer (Tx) Failure
  • Ring Main Unit (RMU) Failure
  • Generator (Genset Catcher) Backup Activation
  • Genset Failure

Each sequence supports controls programming, T&C, and emergency operations with clear operational logic for switching and failover.
